Terms & Conditions for jetbuck

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and jetbuck ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any feature of the jetbuck platform, you unequivocally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

jetbuck operates as an online entertainment platform offering sports betting (with a primary focus on cricket, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), live casino games, slot machine titles, and other interactive gaming products. All services are provided in English and are specifically designed and optimised for players accessing the platform from Bangladesh via mobile devices.

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jetbuck is registered and operates. Where any provision of this Agreement conflicts with applicable local law, the applicable law shall prevail solely to the extent of that conflict. All other provisions remain in full force and effect.

jetbuck reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using jetbuck immediately and contact our support team to discuss account closure.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference and are equally binding on all registered users of the platform.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The jetbuck platform is strictly intended for adult users. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, participate in any betting or gaming activity, or claim any bonus or promotional offer made available through jetbuck. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable under any circumstances.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use jetbuck:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jetbuck, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from jetbuck under a self-exclusion arrangement or for violating these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not using or intending to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or match-fixing.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

jetbuck reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid National ID Card, passport, birth certificate, or any other official government-issued document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by jetbuck may result in account suspension or permanent closure without liability to the platform.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by jetbuck — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making financial transactions — you must first register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jetbuck. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, different email addresses, or different payment method details belonging to the same individual — are strictly prohibited. If jetbuck identifies multiple accounts held by the same person, all accounts except the first-registered may be suspended, and any bonus funds or winnings accrued across duplicate accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.

Account Verification (KYC)

jetbuck applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all registered accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to complete verification:

• A valid, government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account details confirming your name matches the registered account name).

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until account verification has been completed to jetbuck's satisfaction. We aim to review all submitted documents within 72 hours of receipt. During periods of high demand, this process may take slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow a third party to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you personally — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify jetbuck immediately at support@jetbuck.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jetbuck supports a comprehensive range of local Bangladesh payment methods to ensure that depositing and withdrawing funds is as straightforward and accessible as possible for players across the country. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), denoted by the ৳ symbol.

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on jetbuck for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit on jetbuck is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit under standard account terms; however, high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification procedures. jetbuck reserves the right to apply transaction limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual activity patterns are detected.

Withdrawal Processing

All withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy is in place to reduce the risk of fraud and money laundering. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within the same business day for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

jetbuck does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside of our control. You are advised to check with your payment provider before initiating a withdrawal.

Currency & Conversion

All transactions, balances, and game results on jetbuck are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There are no foreign currency conversions applied to player accounts. Deposits made in BDT are credited in BDT; winnings are paid out in BDT.

Bonuses & Promotions

jetbuck offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include — but are not limited to — welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), BPL season launches, and major ICC cricket tournament fixtures.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to a jetbuck account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. The exact wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms at the time the offer is made available.

Bonus Eligibility & Abuse

Each promotional offer on jetbuck is intended for personal recreational use by eligible individual players. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to hedge bets or manipulate wagering requirements.
• Using bonus funds exclusively on bets or games that are excluded from wagering contribution calculations.
• Withdrawing funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

Where jetbuck reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the account pending investigation, and — where the evidence is conclusive — permanently close the account without refund of the original deposit.

Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. jetbuck is not liable for any bonus funds lost due to expiry where adequate notice of the validity period was provided at the time the promotion was issued.

User Obligations

As a registered user of jetbuck, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and good-faith manner at all times. The following obligations are binding on every account holder and apply across all aspects of platform use including sports betting, casino games, account management, and communications with support staff.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jetbuck. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any point during or after registration.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or anti-fraud measure implemented by jetbuck.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or betting.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event or casino game.
• Using the platform to engage in, facilitate, or promote money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or defaming any member of jetbuck's staff or any other player.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any aspect of the jetbuck platform or its underlying technology.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or account credentials to any third party.

Accurate Information

You are required to keep all personal information associated with your jetbuck account accurate and up to date. If any of your details change — including your registered mobile number, payment method, or contact email — you must update your account profile promptly or notify our support team at support@jetbuck. jetbuck cannot be held responsible for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or account access issues that arise as a direct result of outdated account information.

Responsible Gambling Commitment

By registering and using jetbuck, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes are determined by certified random processes outside your control. You agree to use jetbuck solely for entertainment purposes and to make use of the responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, time-out features, and self-exclusion — if you at any point feel that your gambling activity is becoming problematic. Account Suspension & Closure

jetbuck reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe specified by jetbuck.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Underage gambling — where the account holder is found or reasonably suspected to be under 18 years of age.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed toward platform staff or other players.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction or dispute from a payment provider associated with the account.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jetbuck.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting our support team at support@jetbuck. Please note that account closure requests will only be processed once all pending bets have been settled and any outstanding withdrawal requests have been completed. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we strongly encourage you to request self-exclusion rather than simple account closure — self-exclusion provides stronger protections against future access.

Funds on Account Closure

Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player and no breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following successful identity verification. Bonus balances and free spin credits are forfeited upon closure and will not be returned. Where an account is closed by jetbuck as a result of a terms violation, the disposition of any remaining funds will be determined at jetbuck's sole discretion and in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

jetbuck provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates continuously, securely, and without error, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from technical faults, data errors, or service outages at all times.

Exclusion of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetbuck expressly excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions — whether express or implied — relating to the platform and its content, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Cap on Liability

In no event shall jetbuck, its directors, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the platform, even if jetbuck has been advised of the possibility of such damages. jetbuck's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure

jetbuck shall not be in breach of this Agreement, nor liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations, to the extent that such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include — but are not limited to — natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications infrastructure failures, power outages, cyber-attacks, labour disputes, or any other event of force majeure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to jetbuck's customer support team for attempted resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, the parties may seek resolution through the applicable legal process in the relevant jurisdiction. jetbuck's decision on matters of account management, bonus awards, and game outcomes is final subject only to the dispute resolution process described herein.
